When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after purchase. Standard delivery times then apply based on your shipping method. You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent in your confirmation email.

Where is my package?

You can check your order status anytime by clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can enter your order number on the Track Packages page found in our support section on the website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.

Do you accept prepaid gift cards?

Unfortunately, prepaid gift cards are not accepted at this time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

The website isn’t loading properly — what should I do?

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

Please contact us immediately once you realize the mistake. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can update your size. Act fast, as we process orders quickly!

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we can correct the address. If it has already shipped, the package may need to be returned to us before we resend it.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns:
If you want to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Contact@vernasar.com. Make sure to securely pack the item in its original packaging. Items must be returned in unused condition. If the item arrived damaged, please notify customer support right away.

Exchanges:
To exchange a product, email us at Contact@vernasar.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

What if my package was marked “Returned to Sender”?

If your order was undeliverable and sent back to us, we will reship it to you at no additional cost.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your item is defective or damaged due to our error, we will send you a replacement free of charge. There’s no need to return the damaged product. If a replacement isn’t available, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.

What if I received the wrong product or a defective item?
