Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Support team for return authorization and instructions:

Returns must be shipped using a trackable and preferably insured method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not accept packages sent as Cash on Delivery (COD).

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • Include your name, order number, and a valid tracking number once the item is shipped back.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees in the case of:
    • Damaged or defective items
    • Incorrect or not-as-described products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours of delivery at our returns facility), we will send a confirmation email. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Need a different size or replacement item? No problem. Contact us at Contact@vernasar.com and we will guide you through the exchange process. All exchanges are processed free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at Contact@vernasar.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement right away—you do not need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Wrong or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something not as described? Email us with your order number and photos of the product. We will send a prepaid return label and once tracking is confirmed, your correct replacement item will be shipped immediately.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? We get it. Returns for unwanted items are accepted as long as the item is unused and returned within 30 days. Just follow the standard return process above.

Order Cancellations

We process and ship orders quickly, often within hours. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. While we cannot guarantee cancellation before shipping, you may return the item after delivery if necessary.
